当研究所は、個人情報を取り扱うにあたり、個人情報保護に関する法令及びその他の規範を遵守します。

当研究所は、当研究所の活動に必要な所定の目的のために提供いただいた個人情報を適正に扱います。当研究所は、取得した個⼈情報を以下の利⽤⽬的の範囲内でのみ利⽤し、法令等にもとづき要請された場合を除き、本⼈の同意なく利⽤⽬的以外に使⽤しません。

4.個人情報の開示・訂正･削除
ご本人から、登録されている個人情報について開示・訂正・削除の請求があった場合は、個人情報保護に関する法令等に従い、迅速に対応いたします。
5.管理体制と継続的改善
当研究所は、個人情報の保護に関する諸法令を遵守し、本方針の運用について職員に周知徹底します。また、当研究所の事業内容、環境の変化等に応じて本方針の継続的な見直しならびに改善を行います。

The Institute for Peace Policies (a general incorporated association; hereinafter “the Institute”) recognizes that protecting the personal information it obtains is of utmost importance. We handle the personal information you provide with due care, manage and operate it appropriately, and are committed to safeguarding your privacy.

In handling personal information, the Institute complies with applicable laws, regulations, and other relevant standards concerning the protection of personal information.

The Institute handles personal information provided for its activities in an appropriate manner. Upon receiving a request from the individual for disclosure, correction, or deletion of their registered personal information, the Institute will respond promptly in accordance with applicable laws and regulations on personal information protection.

The Institute ensures compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding personal information protection and thoroughly informs its staff about this policy and its implementation. We also conduct ongoing reviews and improvements to this policy in light of changes in our activities and operating environment.
